Have you heard about Firefly products? They are truly amazing! We have been blessed to be able to test out the Playpak, Splashy, and Scooot! Talynn truly loves ALL of them!

The Splashy is one of my favorites! Splashy is a portable bath seat for kids with disabilities. It allows Talynn to be in the water without having to fill the tub to the tiptop. The 5 point harness gives her enough support to allow her to splash her feet and hands in the water. We also took it outside in the snow. We cannot wait to try the Splashy this summer in the kiddie pool!

The Scooot is one of Talynn’s favs! The Scooot is a 4-in-1 mobility rider designed to help children with special needs play, explore and participate. I was a little hesitant because I wasn’t sure if she would be okay to sit in the chair unassisted. The support around the waist is great and just enough to allow her to work on her upper body strength.

The Playpak is great for therapy! Playpak is a lightweight activity kit for early intervention therapy at home or on the move. This kit has helped Talynn work on weight baring through her arms and head control. It has advanced support systems that allow Talynn to be more successful during therapy.

Although these items are pricey, the benefit it provides the child is incredible! We had our doctor and therapist write letters to get insurance to cover our Splashy. There are some special needs grants that would help cover the costs on these items.
